Note moyenne 1,0 basée sur 1 avisThe worst decision we ever made was hiring this company. The new owner left us deeply disappointed. The project went over budget, and we were often made to feel as though we should be grateful for their service rather than treated with professionalism.
The paint on our cupboards started coming off after only a couple of years. We later found an almost 2-inch hole that had been plugged with a wooden circle and hidden under a handle — something we didn’t notice right away. There were also mistakes where holes were drilled inside the cupboards in places where no holes should have been. These were filled roughly with drywall compound instead of being properly repaired or replaced.
After seeing the issues firsthand, we checked other review sites and realized there were many similar complaints. I wish we had looked into this more before hiring them, especially since we didn’t know the company had been sold by Charles Lantz to a new owner before our project.
